Lawyer Rose Mood, a fifth-generation Floridian, grew up in Plant City, Florida. She got bachelor’s and master’s degrees in accounting, as well as a juris doctorate, from the University of Florida. She later attended Vanderbilt University College of Law and earned a master’s degree in international law.
